Thank you for registering for the Bodh Gaya Marathon! This policy outlines the procedures for picking up your race kit and other event-related items. Please read this policy carefully to understand the process for offline pickup.

1. Race Kit Pickup

The Race Kit is an essential part of your marathon experience. It typically includes your race bib, T-shirt, timing chip (if applicable), and other event-related materials. Please note that our company does not provide any delivery services. All race kits must be picked up in person.

Race Kit Pickup Locations:

  • Pre-event Expo:
    • Race kits can be picked up at our Pre-event Expo, which will be held on 08/02/2026 at Bodhgaya.
    • The Expo will offer a chance to interact with other participants, visit sponsor booths, and collect your race kit.
  • Race Day Pickup:
    • Race kits will also be available for pickup on Race Day at the designated race kit collection counter at the event venue.
    • Please arrive early to collect your race kit and avoid any last-minute rush.

Pickup Instructions:

  • To pick up your race kit, please bring the following:
    • A valid photo ID.
    • Registration Confirmation Email or Registration Number.
  • If someone else is picking up your kit on your behalf, they must provide a valid photo ID and a copy of your registration confirmation.
2. No Delivery Available

  • No Shipping Service: Our company does not offer shipping or home delivery of race kits. All participants are responsible for picking up their race kits at the Pre-event Expo or on Race Day.

  • International Participants: If you are traveling from outside India, please plan to pick up your race kit at the Pre-event Expo or on Race Day. Unfortunately, we cannot ship race kits internationally.

3. Pickup Timelines

  • Pre-event Expo Pickup: Race kits will be available for pickup during the Expo, which will take place on [Insert Date(s)] at [Location Name].

  • Race Day Pickup: Race kits will also be available for pickup on Race Day, starting at [Insert Time] until [Insert Time] at the event venue. Please ensure you arrive with enough time to collect your kit before the race begins.

4. Late or Missed Pickup

  • No Alternative Pickup Options: We strongly recommend that all participants pick up their race kits either at the Pre-event Expo or on Race Day. Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, we do not offer any alternative pickup or delivery options.

  • If you miss the Pre-event Expo, please be sure to pick up your race kit on Race Day before the race starts.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Since no shipping is involved, race kits cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is incorrect or damaged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@bodhgayamarathon.com.

  • We do not accept returns for event-specific merchandise, such as race bibs, timing chips, or race day gear.

7. Changes to the Pickup Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Race Kit Pickup Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or posted on the event website.
